This project entailed a complete strip out of the top floor of this tech hub site to create a new open plan “anti-office” space for this cloud-based tech company. At the scheme’s centre is a kitchen and communal dining area designed to be the heart of the office - a central facet of Calligo’s company culture. Three free standing pods, each with their own identity, provide flexible meeting, collaboration and quiet spaces and divide the remaining open plan space into separate semi – private work zones, task areas and a games room. A neutral, tactile material palette has been used throughout with colour provided by remote-control RGB lighting installations.
